GSCP webinar on EcoVadis' collaborative platform for supplier sustainability assessment

These sessions introduced attendees to EcoVadis, a collaborative platform allowing companies to assess the environmental and social performance of their suppliers around the world. Pierre-François Thaler presented the platform and elaborated on the supplier assessment methodology they have developed. This presentation was complemented by a live demonstration of the platform, the assessment systems and results display and possibilities. Representatives of EcoVadis member company Alcatel-Lucent then presented a case study on Alcatel’s global CSR purchasing programme, and Pierre-François ended the webinar with a discussion on how to integrate sustainability in procurement processes.
